I am assuming that if the Buffs are looking at him it is at LB. M2 doesn't use a lot of FB and what I could see his FB highlights were just running straight ahead over much smaller guys.

He does look to have good size and accelerates pretty well, doesn't mind contact, seems to look for it, all characteristics of a good LB.

Buffs are looking at him as a fullback... though I am told it has yet to be decided if CU is going to take a fullback this cycle.

CU still utilizes the position at times in the new offense in short-yardage and goal-line situations. Jordan Murphy, a walk-on transfer from CSU, will likely be the Buffs' No. 1 fullback this fall. He looked pretty good in the spring.

I guess we're looking at a class of under 20 guys so scholarships have to be used judiciously. Not a lot of seniors this year due to the unspectacular recruiting in '09 and '10 coupled with higher than usual attrition.
