    Thought you might like the update on this one. Scout's reranked Toran as a 3*, #17 C and he's come out with a top-3 that includes Colorado but NOT TCU.

    Every year there is some cat who flips his commitment 4-5 times. It is pretty funny. If it were me, and there were multiple colleges recruiting me, I might do the same.
