Nebraska was close to signing this guy until USC stepped in and decided he was worth the risk. 2 DVs in one year.

Why do I get the sense that if he was in Nebraska he wouldn't have the 2 DVs. Not that he wasn't doing it, just that somehow he wasn't getting charged.

They would be very strict with him though. They would make him sit out the first half of the Akron game.
