Transferred from Arthur Hill HS in Saginaw, MI, to Valor Christian in January 2016. He then played his senior year for Valor and turned a lot of heads. Notched 11 sacks this year along with 41 tackles. http://www.maxpreps.com/athlete/will-rodgers/S49Kbha-Eea-8KA2nzwbTA/gendersport/football-stats.htm

Rivals reports that CU is recruiting but no offer quite yet. https://colorado.rivals.com/news/colorado-s-10-most-wanted-10-6

Looking at Rodgers' twitter, both Chev and Chidera are following.

Would not be a surprise to me if an offer and an OV surface soon. My guess is that if Jalen Harris is solid with Arizona and CU can't win a final 5 for K'Lavon Chaisson against his other official visits (LSU, Texas, Oregon, USC), that Rodgers becomes the guy CU will target for the Jimmie Gilbert role of a pass rushing OLB.

Chiv has been watching him from day 1. Didn't he have to sit out some games due to transfer rule?

I suspect he is a more interesting prospect and has more upside than other late offer CO prep DL pickups under MacIntyre like Umu, Coleman, and Hasselbach.
