I would like to know how you can tell. He looked pretty damned fast to me. But then, I'm not an expert like you are.

You can't tell for sure, which is why I said "difficult to be sure on film against unknown comp, at least to me." Meaning, I don't know how fast or good the guys he's going against are. He's fast as a DE, but he's going to have to play LB. He looks fast enough, but there's no film of him playing LB, covering a receiver, etc. If coaches worked with him in camp and they like him - then that's a lot more telling than anyone just watching the hi-lite film.

Having 3 other P5 offers as well as one from Louiseville which has been recruiting fast players would say that the Buffs aren't the only coaching staff who thinks he can play at this level..
