Besides his offer list, ranking, and highlights, I want this kid just as much for knowing our school name is Univ of CO on his first Twitter post!
 
If Webb balls out this year and gets drafted in the 1st or 2nd round, that would help immensely. Getting Mills out of SEC country is going to be pretty tough though.

99% of the blue chip QB's will be committed by July
 
I know if I was a prospect I'd want to commit early. That's got to be a lot to deal with. Constant calls and mail and visits. I'd want to focus on FB... but still, a verbal is just that. Isn't it possible a blue chip QB could see the depth chart at the school they commit to, the situation at CU (with a drafted QB, established receivers and a good system) in the PAC-12 and want to re-open their recruitment?
