AJ Baer recruit. 2 sport athlete (basketball and football). Looks like we are in the lead.

Name to keep an eye on. One of the more highly recruited TEs in the West now.

Looks like Chev and Adams are on the lead.

Put up huge numbers against lower Nevada competition, appears to be a plus athlete. As mentioned above, pretty good basketball player too (15/9 as a junior). Seems like a good complement to Poplawski.

McCallan was at the spring game today. He is a real nice kid. Used to watch him play both football and bb at Berthoud HS. He played different positions in football. Any place he could help. Both Offense and defense. Even safety. He is unbelievably athletic and was so smooth in running his routes that you did not think he was 6'5". And would catch anything thrown his way. He now weighs 220 lbs. and still looks lean. Talked to his dad and he said that on this visit to CU is the first time McCallan has seen a weight room. He could add on weight easily with out any detriment. He said they had to leave the state to get the desired attention. Berthoud is 3A. He could not change schools within state without losing a year of eligibility. This is his senior year and he could get lot more attention from big schools.

Meh. Film is okay. Maybe one of those DC's should have lined up someone other than a slow, 5'8 corner on him every time. And some safety help over the top on occasion would have been nice, too.
