Something people have an incorrect perception of is on MM as a recruiter. Personally, he's a damn good recruiter. His issue is that as an administrator (head coach) he doesn't emphasize it enough with his hiring and his coaching staff culture/ job responsibilities. But he always landed dudes as an assistant with Ole Miss and Duke. He also found or saved a bunch of recruits while at CU.

Haha hopefully you weren’t taking my post seriously, I was just having fun with that gif. I’ll always like MM regardless of how it ended and I think he’s a damn good coach regardless.
