Hasn’t been rolling that way for USC this year. If you’re into the conspiracy theory of ratings manipulation to please the largest subscriber bases — this year’s USC class either disproves it or the sites are doing what USC fans want since they want ammo to get rid of Helton.

In this case with this player, he’s on the cusp of 4*. Actually one of the best recruits in the USC class.
