According to the dp, weather permitting the first game will be played at Folsom Field and the team will run out behind Ralphie

Lacrosse is such a great addition to the CU sports scene. I can't wait for this to get going. There's such an opportunity to become the premier program in the west.

For the record, CU MENS LAX is currently ranked #2 in the country behind CSU (last year's national champion). The MCLA tournament will begin next week in Greenville, SC.

CU finished the season at 14-1, with their only loss at the hands of CSU last week.

I believe M-LAX is coming.

W-Beah Vball next add, then M-LAX.

Oregon, ASU, CU, BYU, CSU and DU would make a pretty good western conference in time.

Just thought I'd update.

The CU Men's Club team is on to the Semi-finals against BYU with a potential 3rd rematch with CSU in the title game.

Just for a comparison, USC went 8-10 in their inaugural season. "Pac-12" teams they faced: Stanford, Oregon, and Cal

So pumped to get Women's Lax going. Men's Lax needs to come. You guys not familiar are going to get really into it, great thing to get into in spring, especially with our lack of baseball here. I live in one of those areas with a lacrosse goal in half the yards. Absolute hotbed. Klockner Stadium can draw 8-9 K for a big game (capacity). When it comes to the "Final Four", whichever NFL stadium it's played in, attendances these days are up into the 60k range. It's been fascinating to watch it grow, and man has it grown over the last 2 decades. Gone are the days of just Syracuse, Virginia, Princeton, Johns Hopkins and Maryland. Hope to see us get some VA kids. MD and VA the best talent is private schools, Long Island its public schools. And the whole lacrosse player "scene" is a breed of individual who would love CU and fit in. These MD, NY and VA schools send kids to CU already...
