2014 Colorado vs CSU - Rocky Mountain Showdown Game Thread

Apparently Cartwright is too hurt to play against BSU. Funny how McElwain has no problem putting him on the field against Colorado even though it was known that he was dealing with an injury, but now is claiming that he definitely doesn't want to put a kid in harm's way because it just isn't worth it.

"He wasn't able to practice today," McElwain said, and added that he considered Cartwright "week to week. . . That's my call. I'm not going to put a guy out who's not ready to go. Life's too short."

Just another example of CSU throwing everything at Colorado regardless of the rest of the season.
