Still time. Not surprising that he’s interested in Ohio State, Oklahoma and A&M. Pretty much every football player is. Unless he is dead set on leaving the state. If that’s the case, well, nothing we can do.

I believe Zuhn camped at Ohio State, Oklahoma and A&M this past summer, along with Colorado and a Oklahoma State too. So, not surprising he would verbally express interest in OU, A&M and tOSU. What’s notable is that he left off three schools...CU, Notre Dame, and Nebraska.

Notre Dame was thought to be a major player for his signature, and may be they still are. Just surprised they didn’t get a mention because he’s obviously a very good student.

Nebraska football stinks with a bad head coach, but his sister is a freshman on their volleyball team right now, and they are said to be very close siblings. Thought they might draw more interest because of the family ties. (Also notable is the fact that his sister, Riley Zuhn, was a national recruit and her finalists came down to Wisconsin, Washington, Florida, before ultimately signing with the Huskers. CU was never in play.)

CU obviously has some work to do to make up ground. Not impossible, but an uphill battle it would seem.

At least now we have a coach who isn't as likely to just give up as our prior staff did.

If we can show real progress next year we might have a chance.
