Haven’t heard much about this recruit lately so I did some digging.

From SI this morning:

While he admitted Tennessee and Colorado were the two schools showing the most persistence, he said, "there are more aspects to it, but I just have to look at if one school is doing better at this or better at that. They are all doing a good job."

From Tennessee’s 247 on 6/30:

Sources said the 6-foot-2.5, 230-pound Zachary has continued to hear plenty from Colorado in recent weeks. But Tennessee has remained very much in the picture, too, and has been involved with him as consistently as any of the SEC teams he’s considering. Zachary currently is eyeing a fall decision, according to sources, which should allow the Vols to get a feel for where they stand with other edge rushers. But he appears to be a realistic option for Tennessee.

And, damn, he’s good. From 247 on an elite camp he attended on 7/5:

The defensive line group was the best at the camp and according to Tatum, one of the best groups they have had in all the years of the camp.

2021 Khristian Zachary was the leader of the group.
