I think some folks at Dal Ward are confused about what it means to close the borders of the box state . The strategy falls apart if we recruit players that were never going to leave in the first place.

TE is the perfect position to focus in-state and take developmental guys. You see a lot of that in the Big Ten. As long as height/frame/agility are there, lock em down & build em up.
