The longer I watched his tape the more impressed I got. Did he get older as the tape rolled (beyond the obvious fact of aging), or just more explosive and in control of his long limbs? Looks like a kid who had a huge growth spurt and took a while to catch up with his body. I never knew a DE could be considered a "long-strider," but he is, and he covers ground in a hurry. This is a very solid YES, I think.

This guys looks like a Coach Prime fit. A kid with enough raw athleticism that with some development he will be able win battles based on athletic ability.
