He was solid in HS. I was a HS coach in WV during his time in at Morgantown HS. He has progressed nicely since then.

It goes without saying that this year's Kent St o-line is better than CU's going back a long time. You don't need 5-stars to build an OL. It don't hurt, but it's the one position where evaluation, teaching and weight room dedication, plus time and expert coaching is so much a part of it. It's hard to teach explosiveness (DL) etc. Good OL coaches have good OL's EVERY single year.

He's the one they have doing the most on the OL at Kent State. I like him and he was 1st Team All-MAC

He can play tackle or he can play tankle. Either way he looks more like a P5 offensive lineman that almost all of the guys we have recruited in recent years.

Good tech. Once he gets ahold of the DE it’s pretty much over. I like that he is able to pull out to the boundary for the swing/screen pass and actually hit a DB. Our OL whiffed that block so often.

I have my doubts on Marshall as West Virginia and Pitt have major interest but Washington should be a lock. That said, both would be more than ideal.
