I think this ends the debate about whether or not a small back can be productive in cfb. And in Lewis’s offense they can shine. Having two they can just rotate. Done.

There is no debate about whether or not a small back can be productive in cfb. The debate is whether you stick with the midgies and hope to get an exception or two or does the team recruit to the specs of prototypical size. I do think Lewis is showing that he likes speed above all else at the RB position in his offense.

Perhaps the offense can be productive for more than the exceptional small back? Perhaps for the unexceptional small back? Marquez Cooper (Kent State) was a 2star 79 ranking out of high school. He locked up 1200 & 1400 in the last two seasons. Maybe we can make do with any back with speed

That video is hilarious - it's like watching a video game. Also, based on his 6.7 yard average per carry, I'll assume that he was stuffed at the line for every other play of the season, that wasn't featured in that video.
Well, USF wasn't good despite him and the talent at WR. There had to have been a ton of plays where he didn't have a chance to get started.
