Nubs fans were pretty excited that he visited this weekend. If that pic on twitter is from today, and in Boulder, they're gonna be defeated.

Looks like an in-home visit in the tweet but we are reportedly in line for an OV.

An in-home visit immediately after their OV seems pretty intentional tho. 👀

Every comment from Nebraska is about NIL, meaning the only way they recruit now is through money. Doesn't there need to be an actual Name, Image, or Likeness reciprocal value in all these deals? The player would need media exposure somehow equal to the money they would be paid. TV Ads, Facebook Ads, mentions of some kind. I think Deion's media platforming is the future of NIL, where a player get's known similar to reality TV model.

Nebraska has nothing like that, unless you are selling Runza's

Part of the "Player Personnel" department now has to be teaching, mentoring and assisting athletes on how to increase their media presence to build their brand. DS Jr is on point with that and it matters. This isn't just boosters buying winning talent. This is companies making ROI decisions on where they spend their advertising dollars.

Nebraska was buying players back in the '90s
There was a car dealership handing out cars to every big-time recruit, especially the New Jersey and California guys.
If a player is there just for CASH, they are not fully bought into everything else and will poison the team

The Nebraska comments have me rolling. They are already resigned to the fact that they can't compete against Prime on really any recruit he wants unless they can flat out pay 6 to 7 figures for a player.

That’s a lot of corn sales.
