I think most every team, college and pro, runs some 3-4 and some 4-3 depending on personnel, down and distance, etc. The days of playing one defensive front and sticking to it are over, IMO. So yeah, he probably does fit in a 3-4 better as a guy who can eat up a lot of space in the middle. That doesn’t mean he wouldn’t be utilized here.

No, you're not. He's definitely a space eater, lets your linebackers get to work. A lot of teams like @Not Sure said mix up the looks depending on what you have personnel wise.

Lest we not forget that he is a 2023 recruit....who the **** knows what our staff looks like in '23 and what groupings we are putting on the field. But I'd take a space eater everyday.
