I am so confused with how LB's and DE's are labeled now. I thought OLB was edge? And LB was MLV/ILB? but this says OLB so what is the difference between that and edge or de?

We just haven't fully switched over to the newer labels but Buffnik described it here:
If you see LB, you can assume Inside. OLB and WDE are now grouped as EDGE.
