watched some of his highlights. Kid has a weird release, but the ball gets where he wants it to be. Strong runner, though. Really strong runner.
Definitely has some janky upper body mechanics, but has a live arm, a good touch and (the most important thing) has decent footwork. A year of concentrated work with a QB coach would be vital. That said, he's 1,000,000x better than Kuld and Allen right now.

Looking at the offer list out of high school obviously some people thought he could play. Those schools don't waste schollies on a flyer.

You are right though that coaching will be huge. Having Shedeur and a much improved OL though should take any pressure off him and just let him focus on getting better.
