This kid is real good. It'd be a great pick up for CU. He can really shoot it. Starter in the Pac 12 last season on a real good team. Plus he's very smart and will learn quickly. He speaks something like 6 languages. IF CU can get him it'd be a major coup.

Getting a player who as a senior averaged 9ppg on just 36% shooting would be a major coup? Huh?

Considering that we have major roles that need to be filled this would actually be quite underwhelming.

Wrong...he's the 95th rated transfer and a 4 star for a reason. You think we're getting top tier transfers? We ain't.

I watched him play 8-10 games last season, did GoBuffs99 see him play any? One of those was a win at Arizona. He started in 2 NCAA tournament games, has a bunch of meaningful minutes playing at the power 5 level. He's got good size, a good stroke, and can be a real good 3 and D guy. So yes I'd say he'd be a coup.

Another few reasons why you recruit him besides his ability, Rice, Wells Chenyelu, and Cluff are all in the portal as well. They wont all get in to Stanford. That's 2 big bodied centers which CU needs, a really dynamic point guard which CU needs, and a complete assassin in Wells, which everyone needs. You never know what connections you might get when one kid signs. Think outside the box for a second. Andrej is a real nice player, but package him with any one of those other guys and it a really big deal.

For this team in this offseason, he'd be a huge get. He'd take over LOB's role Day 1. And I agree 100000%, we ain't getting anybody in the top 100 transfers to come here. Getting #95 would be a huge win TBH.

So much NIL deal potential with jerseys and creative t-shirts for this one. Especially in the fraternity community.

Hey, has anyone made a jack off joke yet? I'm pretty sure I can be the first.

Anyways, sko!
My son and I immediately went there the first time he hit the court against us last season. We were both like, "that can't be right."

On the plus side he has a lot of experience and was a starter on a pretty good team last season.

However his stats are mediocre, particularly shooting just 36%.

If his role is as a “#4-#6” type player then this is a nice addition. Problem is with the current roster he’ll be expected to play more of a primary role.

This is essentially the equivalent of Luke O’Brien returning for another year.

And that's bad whyyyyyy?

He did have shoulder injury last couple months of season, that clearly affected his shooting percentage-even WSU coach repeatedly said he wasn’t close to 100%.

On up-side, he’s tough & has good size at 220 for WSU starting small forward. Just wonder if he plays more at 4 this coming year? Still, Big12 doesn’t have many dominant front-courts. So I’ld say a solid B-Grade pick-up? A-Grade if he shoots 40% from 3Pt line & averages 12 & 8-playing more 4 than 3? Maybe 5-Out on O doesn’t manner if he’s 3 or 4, but if he can defend PF does!
