But Prime won't ever get top recruits unless he does it the old way including in home visits.

I'd rather have guys visiting here than Prime visiting in homes. If the family comes with them like in this case they can all see what the school has to offer, sit with Prime in his office and have relaxed conversations. They can also get to know not only the other coaches but other staff members and to see how the players interact with the coaches and each other.
