Recruits don’t care if the team wins or loses. It’s about their experience on campus and whether or not they can see themselves fitting into the team and campus.
Exactly. How else would terrible teams rebuild into respectable programs. If recruits cared about the results of the games they visited for, terrible teams would always be terrible.
 
With few exceptions, that’s been the situation. Bad teams almost always stay bad.
I'm thinking a long the lines of a Kansas, right now. They aren't going to compete for titles, and their success won't sustained for a long time, but they got good recruits to come in despite being on hand for beatings, etc.
