Was just named top dog at an Elite 11 camp in Las Vegas in early May. Greg Biggins wrote this:

The Ewa Beach (Hawaii) Campbell Southpaw was our choice as the top performer of the day. The talented southpaw had arguably the strongest arm in the camp and threw one of the tightest balls as well.

He had no issues ripping the football through conditions and the ball really jumped out of his hand. He's a big strong kid with a projectable 6-3, 205 pound frame and has plenty of room to add good weight.

He looked comfortable throwing out of the gun or taking a drop and was accurate to all three levels of the field. He has a natural stroke and a tight, compact release. He struggled on a few balls rolling to his right, which you often see from lefty quarterbacks but he was able to make some adjustments, squared up and ripped those throws as well.

Keawe Sagapolutele is currently the No. 1 rated player in Hawaii and will take an official visit to Oregon State in June.

The kind of thing that indicates a ratings bump might be in store for him.

I wouldn't mind taking a Top 35 QB if we were taking 2 QB's for the cycle. If a Transfer comes in next season as an upperclassmen, I expect you will see some of current QB's on the roster move on when the dust settles. So, taking 2 younger QB's could be an option.

This is interesting. His stock has continued to skyrocket after his elite 11 performance and the start of his senior year. Now the state of Hawaii’s all time leading passer. I’d guess he stays at Cal or flips to Oregon, but this article is saying we’re still trying to flip him. Big dude who is very advanced as a passer.
