Following his visit, Williams said he is "very serious" about Colorado.

"I will be going back," he said.

So, what stood out this time around?

Pretty much everything by the way Williams described it.

"The atmosphere, the high-tempo offense, the fans are loyal and happy to have the attention," he said. "The vibes were so positive, win or lose. Coach Prime [Deion Sanders] and his staff really coach (the players) hard and hold everyone accountable for their performance. They also play a lot of their talent."

Probably just squashing a rumor that he's not interested in going out of state. Trying to generate more interest from oos programs or keep them from backing off.

I'd be surprised if it was a straight dig at TX.
