Many people don't know how big of a win this is. Kam Perry in gogo offense is much much better fit than O. Miller. Significant upgrade.
He's an equivalent deep threat, but seems to be a much more dependable route runner. That craftsmanship suggests better practice habits and more disciplined approach, which would certainly be an upgrade.

Kam Perry is roughly as fast as Jimmy Horn (in 40 yard dash), with great quick acceleration and route running ability.

He is different type of player from O.Miller, but I consider him a much better vertical threat than O in the gogo offense.

Oh, BTW, he is not only a vertical threat. He is also a ELITE slot WR.

Thanks, I kept looking for this. I'm glad that they either finally announced it, or got the paperwork done. I think we are down to 3-5 not announced as officially signed, mainly guys who signed over the weekend. If they officially commit in the portal, does this mean they have a "do not contact tag," or is the NIL agreement signed, so they might not easily get out or is it just the HS verbal which means nothing these days.
