if a TD is scored on a 3rd down, does it go into the stats as a converted 3rd down?

i dunno. no 1st down?

I´d rather have a score than a 1st down in about 98% of all possible scenarios, so it´d be a bit idiotic if the offense got statistically penalized for reaching the ultimate goal early.
