The Air Force track and field team returns to the Academy this weekend to host the 25th-annual Air Force Invitational at the Cadet Field House Indoor Track. The three-day event begins on Thursday, Jan. 22, with the women's pentathlon and the first four events of the men's heptathlon, and runs through Saturday, Jan. 24.

MEET INFORMATION
The Air Force Invitational will be held on Jan. 22-24 at the Academy's Cadet Field House Indoor Track (a full schedule of events is below). Results from every event can be found on the squad's new Twitter account for home meets (@af_homemeets), while Air Force-specific updates will be available through the team's original account (@af_trackfield).

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SATURDAY
Due to the men's basketball game at noon on Saturday, track and field spectators will need to park in the Lower East Lot and enter the Cadet Field House through the doors at the southeast corner of the building. Signs will be posted to direct fans to the appropriate entrance. Buses and vans for visiting teams will be allowed to pull up to the east doors to unload, before heading to the Lower Lot to park.

THURSDAY'S SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
11:00 a.m.: Men's Heptathlon (60-Meter Dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump); 11:15 a.m.: Women's Pentathlon (60-Meter Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, Long Jump, 800-Meter Run)

FRIDAY'S SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
9:00 a.m.: Men's Heptathlon (60-Meter Hurdles, Pole Vault, 1000-Meter Run); 1:00 p.m.: Men's Weight Throw, Women's Weight Throw; 1:00 p.m.: Women's Pole Vault (unseeded), Men's Pole Vault (unseeded); 1:00 p.m.: Men's High Jump (unseeded), Women's High Jump (unseeded); 1:30 p.m.: 60-Meter Hurdles (qualifying), 60-Meter Dash (qualifying), 400-Meter Dash (qualifying), Mile Run (unseeded), 200-Meter Dash (qualifying), 800-Meter Run (unseeded); 2:00 p.m.: Women's Long Jump; 2:00 p.m.: Men's Long Jump (women will compete first in all running events)

SATURDAY'S SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
11:00 a.m.: Men's Shot Put, Women's Shot Put; 11:30 a.m.: Women's Pole Vault (seeded), Men's Pole Vault (seeded); 11:30 p.m.: Men's High Jump (seeded), Women's High Jump (seeded); 12:00 p.m.: Women's Triple Jump; 12:00 p.m.: Men's Triple Jump; 12:30 p.m.: Mile Run (seeded); 60-Meter Hurdles, 400-Meter Dash, 60-Meter Dash, 800-Meter Run (seeded), 200-Meter Dash, 3000-Meter Run, Mile Relay (women will compete first in all running events; the three sprints, as well as the 60-meter hurdles, will run a Division I and non-DI final).
