I think he is too loyal. Sounds strange maybe-but I can't picture him from what he is saying and his Buffs4Life, etc. ever firing any of his staff. I remember him talking at the beginning of Fall camp about how lucky he was we didn't lose any assistants. We now know why-they all suck (except maybe for Cabral).

I think a coach so loyal to his staff that he can't see how inept they are, or if he can, is not willing to fire them when they can't perform, shows he is not HC material period. If I were Bohn right now, I would tell Embree that he better fire Marshall and/or Brown or Embree is fired by the end of the year at the latest.
