I do miss the traditional Saturday games, but I also kind of like it because then I can more of these other games.
"it is what it is"
I'm tired of not having the team play on Saturdays. The only exception being the game against Lil Red.
yup. this thursday/friday/sunday crap is for WAC/Mtn West/MAC teams. i dont mind maybe one thursday night game a year or two but, this crap is getting out of control.
but, CU needs the coin so, im not sure what can be done about it.
Until we get to a point where our saturday games are going to be picked up by ABC or ESPN, we have to do this. I don't mind it. One thing I hope Bohn has learned his lesson on is that he shouldn't give the boys a shorter week after the emotional CSU game. That game will probably always be moved to Sunday so it's already going to be somewhat short, but you can't have them travel and play a Thu or Fri game on top of it. Really bad scheduling that wasn't worth the coin. If Toledo had been a Saturday day game, there's a much better chance we'd be at 2-2 right now with a lot more hope for making a bowl game.
Not really. Doesn't matter either way to me.
No matter when our games are, we haven't really been "playing".
Yes. Because if it was on Saturday I wouldn't have that trash.
The short week excuse for Toledo is BS. They had all offseason to prepare for those two games.... Besides, it was CSU and Toledo. Anytime you don't blow both of those teams out, the coach should be on the hot seat.
I'm sick of....
1. CU being irrelevant in college football.
2. Tired of never being mentioned on college gameday except for a punchline.
3.Tired of knowing we will lose our next game long before the game starts.
I could care less if we play at 3 AM in the morning. I'm sick of the losing.. I'm at the breaking point where apathy is setting in on my feelings of CU Football
We'll See if I even watch the Texas game.
I'm sick of seeing the product being put on the field. I live far away from Colorado and love to see Colorado on TV every week, but I'd rather not watch them stink up the joint week in and week out without bothering to even change anything.
We all know what's going to happen, quick 2 td for ut, followed by 60 pass attempts for cody.
Hawk has brought a culture of expecting to lose to cu, it's painful.
Yep, I honestly don't even have faith that we'll keep the game close. I absolutely expect a blow out and another 29/58 275 yards 3 TDs 4 INTs game from Cody. Most of the positive coming at the end of the game against Texas' 4th stringers. Immediately after the game Dan will tweet that Cody played great and just needs to fix the little things and he's the QB for the rest of the season barring injury.
that's taking into account that we can actually move the ball and get some 1st downs against Texas.. I'm not so sure about that.
Texas will have 8 to 9 guys in the box daring us to let our WR beat them..
Good time to blow out my sprinkler system...
cu needs all the cash they can get keep geting games like these maybe we can save and get hawkie out faster..
FIFY. Bet ya.
