I hate what Hawkins did to us, but this is the biggest bunch of horse **** I have read on here in a long time. Hawkins screwed over Goodman?

How? By granting him a scholarship for making a chip shot FG against West Virginia? By giving him opportunity after opportunity to try and prove himself while the rest of the team suffered? If anything, Goodman was given too many chances. How is that "screwing with his head"? The kid is simply not a very good FG kicker and thought he was a lot better than he really was.

Yes to the above. That said, Pussitis was epidemic and chronic under Hawkins. It will be acute, if present at all under Embree and will quickly be cut out if diagnosed. That said, I have never been particularly fond of any kickers. I like Kevorkian but it was because he knew to keep his damn mouth shut and just kick.
