Better HC job?

You wouldn't include bammer and blowhio state in the royalty group? If not, why?

Media attention is on a different level. Notre Dame's network is friggin' NBC and they can demand that their road games get played in places like Yankee Stadium. USC is in the celebrity Mecca of LA. Tuscaloosa and Columbus can't compete with that in terms of national spotlight.

Fair enough. I see these 4 in a group.

- They can get pretty much any recruit they want. This goes beyond recruiting prowess. It carries a certain weight when a young player is contacted by any of these 4.

- They can hire pretty much whoever they want. They have facilities, cash, and an avid following. See also Meyer and Saban.

- In any given year they can rise up and impact the national title discussion. This has gone on for decades. Look no further than blowhio state last year.

- They can do it sans "bling". Altho, the dolden gomers have dabbled a bit, recently.

I voted USC but you Pac12 Homers have the margin wider than reality.

Is rivals running a national poll? Can someone post results?

Buffnik points are good, but I'll expand.

The Miami coach wi have more job stability. Less expectations overall, and their chief division rival is probably going to be mediocre at best for the next three years.

Miami wins the Florida recruiting battles whenever they're at full scholarship limits, which admittedly is rare.
