Big 10 tie breakers?

I was listening to ESPN this morning and they said that PSU can clinch the division with a win over Ohio State today. Is there a tie breaker that is in front of head to heads. The way I see it, if Wisconsin wins today and beats PSU next week, PSU and Wisconsin will have identical records...... Thus shouldn't Wisconsin go since they won head to head?

Are you sure that was all of what they said about it? Because maybe they said that PSU wins the division if they win today and Wisconsin loses, and in that case PSU would wrap up the division. But you're right, under any other scenario then the division will come down to the PSU-Wiscy game next week.
