Now that the college football season is over a quarter of the way over, what is the biggest surprise so far?

Some tough choices but I went with the Big 10 struggles. That conference is really down, which is also why ND is not legit. Having said that, ND has a schedule left to win 10 games this season but they're not a top-10 team.

One choice I'd add to that list is OU's poor showing so far.

I really thought the Buffs would have showed much better in the first four games.

I went with Oregon State. They are playing damn good ball especially given that they had to postpone their first game, and have beaten two ranked BCS squads. Impressive.

ND's defense looks like a top 10 team. They have a bitch of a schedule on top of that.

Don't see how it couldn't be the B1G as a whole being ****ing horrendous. I mean, holy ****, they are playing some downright pathetic football and not one team is above it.

ND's defense has been impressive but I go back to my point, look at who they've played. Michigan is hardly looking like a ranked team and Michigan State was severely over-rated. They go up a team that has a good day offensively or ND has a bad day defensively, then their offense has shown that they can keep up with even a mid-level scoring team. Plus they appear to have a QB-controversy on their hands.

As for their schedule, it's suddenly not looking so tough.

Ohio state, Minnesota and Northwestern are the lone unbeatens after 4 weeks.

Didn't see ASU being so potent on offense and(till yesterday)UCLA playing sound, physical football.
