To answer 'tini's question. By NFL standards Brees is shorter and doesn't have a big arm. With that he is taller than Moore and has a much better arm. He doesn't have a Manning type arm or a Rivers or even a Brady type arm but he throws deeper and with more velocity than Moore can get close to.

Even a program like Texas can have a non-bowl, last place season when it plays in a BCS conference.

Was more focused on the Iowa State/UConn game, but caught a little of this. All jokes about our little trip out there in '09 aside, how on earth did the Bucknuts almost lose to Toledo last week? Toledo looked awful. It'll be interesting to see how Ohio State fares at Miami this week -- my guess is they lose.
