So what exactly do they mean by "bowl configuration"? Are they just filling in the gaps on either side of the stands behind the EZ, or are they actually reconfiguring the whole part of the stadium itself to create an actual bowl?

Enclosing the north end of the stadium so that players & Ralphie enter and leave through a tunnel. Also, fans would be able to walk from the east to the west stands through the north end.
