Did Shap just say that Van Diest can't redshirt because he went to prep school? Lol didn't know Creek was a prep school and didn't know that even mattered.

Honestly I was looking at Adam's board and it said he didn't have a redshirt to use. I'm not totally sure. I'll dig

Good to know, still learning all the ins and outs of CFB/NCAA.

@Shap -- I don't think they liked your hot takes over there on the Scout board.

For the record, based on you saying you didn't see significant improvement and predicting 4 wins last year I was on my knees hoping that you'd go negative this year. Thank you.

The people that don't like his recent article didn't read it.

Shap has concerns that are justified with this team. His point in that article was that fans really shouldn't expect a once in a lifetime type season to be repeated. The emotion and drama of 2016 is a one off event.

So can you explain your reasoning on attitude missing from this years team?
It's a work ethic thing and then there's this: if Chido wasn't ranked for a list or by an awards watch thing he would shut up and work. These dudes get all in their feelings. I got texts from players about my story, I was even more negative last year, saying about half as many wins, none of them cared they just went to work. After they beat Utah, they got complacent in every way possible. I can't go so far into it because I hangout with them being in school and such. I'll just say this years seniors aren't all on the same page, last year they were and that was unique. This year you have to hope that the whole team follows the lead of the good/great eggs for instance Phil. Follow PHIL and feed him the damn rock. I hope this helps
