Ryan kicked off the show with the Top 4 Trends and he discussed tonight’s 4th preseason game between the Broncos and Cardinals. He talked about some of the undecided roster positions going into tonight’s game as well as his thoughts on the Broncos releasing Britton Colquitt. The second story was on the Mark Sanchez saga and where he thinks it’s headed. The third story was on the Rockies depressing loss last night but a continuation of the inconsistencies that still exist with this team. Finally, Ryan talked about tomorrow night’s Rocky Mountain Showdown and gave an early preview on how he thinks each side wins the game.

In the second segment, Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) joined the show to discuss the Rockies play as of late as well as preview things from the Buffaloes side of the Rocky Mountain Showdown.

In the third segment, Keegan Pope (@bykeeganpope) from InsideTheRams.com joined the show to preview the Rams side of the RMS and discuss which QB we will see tomorrow night.

Finally, Ryan gave his prediction of the RMS, discussed the Broncos vs Cardinals game tonight and discussed what he hopes to see from the Rockies as they welcome in the Diamondbacks this weekend.
