The Colorado Basketball team won their first game of the year today improving to 1-1 with a 91-84 win at Auburn. The game was back and forth, and things looked ugly for the Buffs in the first half, but led by George King and Josh Scott Colorado played a very good final 25 minutes and won an entertaining afternoon contest. Here are BSN Denver’s tweets of the game:

Big game for the Buffs today, a win sets them up and earns them a decent resume road win… a loss and we're in a hole to start the year.

If Josh Scott plays a game that we're accustomed to seeing from him, Buffs win. Just like last game

Kareem "Heslip" Canty going off on the Buffs.
— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 17, 2015
So this Canty kid is good at shooting threes, maybe we should guard him

George and Josh wanna ball today so far. We gonna see who are dogs out here

Every possession that Scott doesn't touch the ball is a wasted possession

That man @2bkings brought his hard hat to the game and is working!

40 perfect from the field and King got 22..big CU run to make it double digits.. pic.twitter.com/DwldRlFAjA

George King had two double-digit scoring games in his career coming into the year. He has two in his first two games this season.
— Parker Baruh (@ParkerBaruh) November 17, 2015
Only two games in. Small sample size, but pretty obvious Colorado under-valued coming into the season. Buffs no longer have chemistry issues
— Kyle Ringo (@KyleRingo) November 17, 2015
George King and Josh Scott big offensively. Collier took care of the ball. A lot to like from this #CUBuffs win. Good start 2 the year
— Drew Spevak (@DrewSpevak) November 17, 2015
That's a very nice road win for the Buffs in what was a fairly hostile environment. Encouraging first two ball games.
— Patrick Ghidossi (@patrickghidossi) November 17, 2015
Incredible resolve to withstand that first half run… George King is a special talent.
— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) November 17, 2015
In two games against auburn, the Buffs have scored 181 points. That's #good.

George King is what happens when you take advantage of a redshirt year.
