News Junkie
The Colorado Buffaloes were back on Sox Walseth Court of the Coors Events Center Wednesday, as they took on division-two Fort Lewis College. The Buffs won 95-71 getting a great game from Josh Scott (24 points, 17 rebounds). The Skyhawks were in this game for longer than CU wanted, but the Buffs finally pulled away at the end. Here are BSN Denver’s tweets of the game.

So tonight's game will count for CU but it is technically an exhibition for Fort Lewis and won't count towards their season record. Strange.

Fort Lewis is 5-1 on the year. Their most notable win was also in an exhibition against Wyoming.

Talton, Akyazili, Miller and King coming in after the timeout. Buffs lead 14-5.

I have not been at Coors for Omaha or this game… I'm sorry to Buff Nation for causing this stress. I won't miss another game.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) December 3, 2015

Fortune with another tip-slam, he's a whole bunch more bouncy than we gave him credit for.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) December 3, 2015

Gotta love media timeouts 43 seconds apart.

Fortune for 3, he's 2-2 from out there tonight.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) December 3, 2015

Kevin Oneill, "CU is going to be as good as Dom can take them"…..this sounds familiar @CUGoose

— JG (@jgisland) December 3, 2015

Can't imagine what Fort Lewis looks like when it isn't an exhibition game! /s

This kid #1 is throwing up garbage everywhere… jesus.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) December 3, 2015

46-44 Colorado at the half.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) December 3, 2015

Colorado let up 44 points in a half to a D2 team.

— Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) December 3, 2015

Colorado still doesn't seem interested in defending or putting teams away…which is concerning.

CU would still only be up by 5 if they were playing the girls from the fitness challenge.

— Ted Chalfen (@TheGhostofMarv) December 3, 2015

CU Marching Band killing it with an awesome rendition of "Birdland" off of the Heavy Weather album by the band Weather Report.

Josh Scott is the real deal. Different player when healthy.

— Jake Shapiro (@Shapalicious) December 3, 2015

I'm pretty sure Thomas Akyazili understands this offense better than anyone else on the team.

@Shapalicious as Colorado pulls away…

Fletch has seven assists, a career high, and a season high for the Buffs.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) December 3, 2015

.@J40Scott has 1300 pts, 700 reb, 100 blocks. Only other Buffs to hit all three of those marks: Cliff Meely and David Harrison. #goodcompany

— Neill Woelk (@NeillWoelk) December 3, 2015

Josh Fortune is so god damn good. This wing rotation isn't even fair over the course of 40 minutes.

— Tyler Ziskin (@TZiskBuff) December 3, 2015

Buffs have this thing sealed up now as the lead bu 19. Only question left is can they get to
