The Colorado Football program has found players in some legal trouble once again as N.J. Falo and Dino Gordon were arrested early this morning. The two have been accused of stealing perscription drugs and electronics and were both booked into the Boulder County Jail at 1:48 a.m. Falo and Gordon are the third and fourth arrests of the offseason for the Buffs.

Each of the two are freshman, Falo played sporatically in 2015 while Gordon resdshirted. They have both been suspended indefinitely. The arrest affidavit, obtained by the Daily Camera, says the players are alleged to have stolen prescription codeine, a PlayStation 4 console, video games, a laptop and other electronics from a dorm room in Willard Hall about two weeks ago.

After being showed surveilence video that planted him at the scene, Falo told police he was just a lookout for Gordon. Gordon, though, denied any involvement.

The two were being held on a $5,000 bond and were set to appear in court today.

Colorado has now extended their lead atop the infamous Fullmer Cup Rankings in which teams accumulate points awarded for “negative law enforcement contacts” (i.e., arrests and citations) and are scaled to the severity of the offense.

*Falo and Gordon accumulated an extra 22 points for Colorado since the pictured update.
