Good news for fans of the Colorado Buffaloes who are already counting down the roughly 39 days until the start of the 2011 college football season. The Boulder Daily Camera is reporting that the Buffaloes' first 18 practices of this year's fall camp will be open to the general public. Also open this year will be two intrasquad scrimmages that will take place on the practice field.
Coach Embree said that the later date of the Colorado State game made a big difference in his ability to open more practices.
Embree said future fall camps might not be as accessible, especially in years when the Buffs' first opponent is Colorado State. He said not playing the Rams until Week 3 this season factored into the decision to open more practices.
Looks like we'll have to start planning what practices we will attend. Take a look at the full practice schedule after the jump.
