Come on fellas. Execution is the word here. I don't think it matters what the tabloids say. Its all abouit the execution on the field.

Last season Fairchild had more experience everywhere on the field. This season to help his inexperienced 'Freshman' QB is an inexperienced O-Line. Its not like Fairchild is on the field himself running the plays. Its all about how well the young inexperience Freshman and the inexperienced O-Line executes what is asked of them. Jalil said it best. "Its up to him to get the pass there".
If Coach Hawkins tells his players to do this, this and this and they do it exactly. Then it is executed perfectly. Regardless if its right or wrong. The same goes for Fairchild. If he tells his players to do this, this and this and they don't execute. Irregardless of how great a coach is, if his players don't perform and execute. Then the supposed 'cryptonite' is a dud rock that just glows in the dark.
We will see how well a much upgraded Buffs team does against a CSU team that lost a lot after last season. The Buffs sound like they are getting mentally prepared for not only this game but this season. Hopefully our dots will execute better than there dots and we get a nice BIG FAT WIN!!!

Ececution.
