BOULDER – The University of Colorado women’s soccer team hosts the Denver Pioneers at Prentup Field on Friday, Sept. 12 at 4:30 p.m. in its final match of the Colorado Cup.

Colorado is 9-8-1 in 18 matches against the in-state rival Pioneers. The Buffs and Pioneers squared off two times last season. DU took the first match 3-0 and the Buffaloes won the second meeting, earning their first victory over the Pioneers since 2010 with a 1-0 win in the first round of the NCAA Championship.

Prentup Passes are on sale now for the 2014 soccer season. General admission and parking are still free at Prentup Field for all CU soccer games, though fans in attendance can make a voluntary donation which will go to help support the team when they travel to Spain in March to train and compete against professional teams.

I won't be able to provide many updates, but I'll try to post the score as often as I can.

So this is kinda cool. Apparently the CU Women's soccer team has their own support club. Like American Outlaws for the National Team, or Centennial 38 for the Rapids.

Called, the "Buff Brigade", info can be found on twitter buff_Brigade

Yes they do... Its great fun and they do a good job

Went to the first half. Buffs had 3 great scoring opportunities, but the DU goalie made some very nice saves. Nice to see they won.

Typed with thumbs.
