SAMMAMISH, Wash. – The University of Colorado women’s golf team improved in the final two rounds on Monday and Tuesday to finish ninth at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational. The Buffaloes jumped up three spots from their first round performance, finishing 54-over par 918 (316-297-305).

After rough conditions, including hail and rain, in the opening rounds, three Buffs completed their final hole Tuesday morning. CU concluded the second round with two pars and double bogey, to place the squad in 10th place. In their final round, led by a 1-over par performance by sophomore Jamie Oleksiew, the Buffs shot 17-over par 305 to move up to the ninth spot.
