CU was down by 17 in the first half but put on a terrific comeback to get in range late in the game only to fall short.

Midway in the second quarter the Buffs looked dead in the water, but they were able to slowly take advantage of improved defense and improve shooting to cut the deficit and make the game competitive.

Huge game for the Buffs by Makenzie Ellis who had 18 points and 6 rebounds. Kennedy went for 19 points, 6 assists and 5 steals in 40 minutes. Alexis Robinson also had a terrific game with 19 points. Haley Smith had 11 rebounds.

More later.
