On February 26th at home, the Buffaloes beat the Golden Bears in conference play, 70-57.
The experts didn't pick the Buffaloes in this game, but they were proved wrong. At home, the Buffaloes play very well, and that overcame the fact that the Golden Bears had won 5 of their last 5. The Buffaloes have now split regular season games, including a 57-50 loss earlier this year.
Colorado took this one while dominating California in offensive rebounding and also coming out on top in turnover margin.

Colorado hit the glass harder than California, 13 offensive rebounds to five, and that led to more second-chance shots. The Buffaloes hung onto the ball, with five turnovers to nine by the Golden Bears.
Austin Dufault and Spencer DinWiddie put on a clinic for the Golden Bears, with 15 points apiece. Andre Roberson helped the cause by topping everyone with 15 rebounds.
