Crossover guesses

Random fun thing I thought we could do while we await the conference schedule-what will that look like?

Here's mine:

1) USC-Oregon: I think Duck nation will probably complain about having to play a mountain or Arizona school in this spot, and they're the closest thing the league has to a CFP contender. Gotta think Sir Lawrence will have them play the biggest fish out of the south with the closest COVID restrictions to what they've dealt with-and we know who that is. This game's gotta happen for exposure.

2) CU-Washington State: New coaches in spots where both programs have been able to meet the 12 hour rule for the most part. Wazzu is obviously making over the offense-so this is likely a year 0 for both Dorrell and Rolovich.........which makes this one logical.

3) Cal-Arizona State: Division contender vs division contender.

4) Washington-Utah: Pretty even game between two teams who have been able to get some stuff done during the hiatus (for lack of a better term).

5) Stanford-UCLA: Makes sense from a pandemic restrictions standpoint.

6) Arizona-Oregon State: Pairing these two for no other reason than they're the last two left.

Really. Than why USC O and CU WSU? I think those are the least likely match ups. CU will get O.

With the Oklahoma loss (I'm assuming Texas drops a game to somebody they shouldn't even if they beat OU), the Pac has a chance at the CFP. Oregon's most likely to get there. Making CU their crossover opponent does nothing to help that argument.
