I agree with your comments, but I don't think that is the point. The question, and it is a stretch, would be is this site profiting or gaining some benefit from an image that has a likeness to a trademarked brand? Probably not...but who knows....

I know the answer and we are CLEARLY NOT in violation of any copyright and or trademark. I have dealt with this issue many times as a lawyer and with branding the JCC Maccabi games local Philadelphia delegation.

There are some articles about Texas A & M and Texas where they slighly modify (turn UT's horns over) and THAT is not infringement.....

The law is pretty clear on this....

after reading the entire thread.... I feel like I was the last to weigh in on the issue... like trying to hit a nail that is already 2 cm below the top of the wood....
